This website is an on-going process in the evolution of a teacher...Me. I began teaching 10 years ago in Phoenix, New York. After moving to Alabama, I really felt that I needed to develop different methods to teaching instead of sticking to the basics. While I haven't abandoned the age-old practices, I have added to them. That has been the key for me. I have used proven techniques to form a base of understanding for my students and then developed new avenues using technology in the classroom. Through the years in Alabama, I have come up with a few simple ways to spice up my teaching with technology so that today's kids are interested in learning what I am teaching. Afterall, cake without frosting isn't that exciting is it? Below you will find a few links to some resources that may help you evolve as a teacher too.
